Schedule a free, no-pressure consultation.
We will meet with you to discuss your plans and to determine
what you would like from your wedding video. We will show you
samples of our work and explain the details of our pricing and
wedding day coverage. Even if you do not book a date
with us, our consultation will be educational
and will help you to find the right videographer.
2.
If you choose HeartSong to produce your wedding video,
one-third of your total package price will be due upon
contracting for the date; one-third will be due 30 days
prior to your event; and the balance will be due
when you receive the completed DVDs. Contact

If we are not familiar with your ceremony location and
its policies, we will attend your rehearsal to arrange camera
placement. We will assure that all technical and aesthetic
requirements will be met in the context of utmost respect
for your officiant, your ceremony, and your guests.
4.
We will contact you two weeks prior to your event to
remind you to send us the wedding information sheet
and to confirm the schedule and details of your day. This is
the appropriate time for you to send us your music selections
for the video and photographs if you have chosen
to include a Photo Montage. If you are having a video
projection at your reception, we will need your photos
six weeks prior to your wedding.
